Atelier 5 is excited to now directly operate ArtPath, the pre-K through Grade 12 dance education program that follows the Visual & Performing Arts Framework for the State of California. Donna Von Joo-Tornell, Atelier 5 Artistic Director, has taught dance in public schools for over fourteen years. Now she will carry on this teaching as an Atelier 5 program. ArtPath provides dance education in public schools through residencies typically lasting five weeks. Residencies are developed in collaboration with teachers and are linked to classroom subject studies. Atelier 5 is enthusiastic about ArtPath and our school residencies and we look to expand dance education for public school students.
